Our pasture-raised beef are grown locally and packaged at our onsite USDA Inspected Facility. We age all beef for 14 days. Our beef is 100% Angus cattle selected for their genetics.
We offer the option to purchase by the piece or whole, half or quarters. This option is the best value and allows you to get your cuts how you would like them.
